Spanish term or phrase: vivienda comercial
I am translating a deed of sale which involves one retired couple selling a property in Spain to another retired couple. The property involved is described as a "vivienda comercial", but both floors are "destinada a vivienda" and there is no mention whatsoever of any commercial/business activity being carried out at the property, so translating this as commercial housing or dwelling strikes me as rather odd. Does anyone have any thoughts/suggestions on this please?
