I like the two suggestions from you: “riesgo inteligente” and “riesgo calculado” but if I have to choose, before I will read several times the complete context of the translation.

This is the explanation that a somebody with experience about personal investments wrote in the website of Yahoo about “riesgo calculado”: “Un buen inversor no teme al riesgo: lo evalúa y lo hace jugar a su favor”.
