The text is part of a job description. UPC stands for "Unité Préclinique et Clinique" and is responsible for conducting studies, but that's all the context I have to offer.
Does it perhaps mean "compréhension *du* devenir [du médicament/de la formule/etc] dans l'oranisme," or is it something else entirely?
