French to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) Contrat cession de recouvrement
Hi, at the end of a contract assigning a servicing agent to the recovery of consumer debts, I have found a form template at the end of the document for the Servicer (Mandataire) to send to the Management Company with details of outstanding receivables and I don't understand what they mean by "titre" in this context. Can anyone help? Many thanks. (Urgent... sorry but...)

enforcement process/proceedings

It is clearly about the amount for which enforcement is issued followingt a Court judgment for debt. I strongly disagree with using UK/US terms such as "writ of execution". "Enforcement process" is a neutral term which would be comprehensible here.

Contract

Based on headline of text given.
Note from asker:
Thanks, Salih, but for "type de titre: IP, jugement contradictoire..." this does not seem to fit.
Peer comment(s):

disagree jeannoz : a "jugement contradictoire" is definitely not a contract.

Writ (of execution)

Titre (writ) stands here for "titre exécutoire" (writ of execution). An IP is a type of "ttre exécutoire".
IP: Injonction de payer ==> injunction to pay

Peer comment(s):

disagree AllegroTrans : a writ of execution is a term only used in common law countries, this relates to France
