film processing (película can mean photographic film as well)

but from your context my first answer makes a little more sense

A treatment is like an outline of a film or documentary, with plot, ,characters, scene outline.

I suppose it's the Spanish equivalent, using the same terminology.

quite often in spain, when we speak of the way a movie is "treated" it refers to the particular approach, angle or focus that the director has made towards the particular subject the film is based upon.
