The hot flue gas from the burner is mixed with cold flue gas recirculated from the outlet of the tube bundle into the rear of the burning chamber. The heater system is designed in such a way that the mixing temperature entering the tubes does not exceed 700 °C.
In the tube bundle, the *****thermal energy is transferred to the kiln air by cooling the flue gas****. Any condensate formed in the low temperature stage of the tube bundle is drained by means of a condensate piping system with condensate collectors.

Слова понятны но смысл не вполне понятен, то есть есть сомнения в том, что я этот процесс правильно понимаю:

В трубных пучках (куда поступает смесь воздуха при температуре до 700°C) термическая энергия передается воздуху сушильной печи (а здесь не пойму) ... охлаждая дымной газ (производимый горелками), то есть температура дымного газа должна быть еще выше???

Вы читайте внимательней. 700 градусов - это температура смеси, которая получается из свежего дымового газа с горелки и рециркулирующего дымового газа. И вот эта смесь используется для нагрева воздуха в печи, сама при этом охлаждаясь.

Asker: Спасибо! Такой приблизительно перевод у меня тоже вышел. Меня насторожило то, что подается смесь при температуре 700 С и она же охлаждает дымовые газы, то есть, дымовые газы должны иметь еще более высокую температуру? И это для сушки солода? Просто температуры какие-то очень высокие... Еще раз спасибо!
