@ AllegroTrans, well, I also work in the legal field (in fact, I am a sworn translator English<>Spanish, are you?) and I've seen the form "should" many times in legal texts. Concerning "my reliable source", it refers to the "term" itself not to the use of "should"... It is the "Diccionario de términos jurídicos de E. Alcaraz", which includes the exact equivalents for the Spanish "perfeccionamiento"...

I insist, please use better arguments when giving your "disagrees".

disagree  AllegroTrans: wrong use of tense// I certainly am not kidding, I work in the legal field and this tense construction would never be used in legal English, it is completely unwieldy and ambiguous, and I cannot find your reliable source
