Where I have translated as follows:
article - artículo
clause - cláusula
schedule - programa
annex - anexo
attachment - adjunto
appendice - apéndice

Not convinced about "documento" as an option, as there are many references in my translation to documents, and would like to avoid confusion.

Explanation:
Yo lo omitiría. Y no sólo "exhibit", sino también "schedule", "attachment" y "appendix", porque son todos sinónimos de "annex". En inglés jurídico se usan muchas repeticiones, no así en el español jurídico. Todos esos términos significan "anexo" en español. Además, puede que en los contratos ingleses se utilicen indistintamente cualquiera de esos términos, pero en los contratos españoles no se suele hablar de apéndices ni de adjuntos, sino que normalmente se utiliza "anexos".

En definitiva, yo dejaría la frase así: Cualquier referencia en un documento a una cláusula, estipulación o anexo se entenderá...
