he would be seen... parecería que Explanation: Y parecería que había cumplido su tarea. It's hard to tell without reading the context, but it could be that if the person did these things mentioned, it would seem that he had done what he was supposed to do, but he didn't really. In other words, maybe he did a token appearance of having done his job, but he left a lot missing. |
