Dissento con le proposte che non mi suonano "italiane". In fondo, al posto del fotografo potrebbe esserci il traduttore - in pratica è un modello di PO, no?

Third party vuol dire semplicemente che è estraneo all'azienda.

Il codice civile italiano parla di contratto d'opera e prestatore d'opera. Io partirei da qui per la terminologia.
