English term
front lip
English to German
Marketing
Textiles / Clothing / Fashion
A metal box with a hinged lid with front lip.
I know exactly what they mean. See example here:
http://www.ralphlauren.co.uk/product/index.jsp?productId=445...
It is that little metal piece that sticks out in front so you can lift the lid.
But for the life of me I cannot think of a German term for it.
Any ideas.
Thanks!

Note from asker:

Comment: "Thanks Johanna,
I went with your second option "Grifflippe".
@Andrej: Frontlasche implies something soft to me and google seems to confirm that. But thanks to all for helping"
