Das Scheidungsurteil wurde in Nigeria verfasst. Es heißt darin auszugsweise:
"... it is the judgement of the Court that a total divorce be granted, that is to say a divorce of vincule matrimonial, between the parties to the obove stated case upon legal principles."
Hat jemand eine Ahnung, was es mit dem Ausdruck "vincule" auf sich hat? In einer anderen Sprache habe ich "vinculo matrimonial" gefunden. Hier ein Link. Vielleicht hilft das.
