French term or phrase: Mixité verticale
Is there an "in" term in English for this concept, where a building combines offices, shops and residential premises under one roof?

I've found this definition:

However, I haven't yet succeeded in finding an English equivalent.

Many thanks

agree  rkillings: So how 'bout "vertical mixed-use integration"? And throw in unisex restrooms and no glass ceilings in a nod to the other vogue meaning of mixité.

The French definition says "une tour". That's why I went more for "high-rise" than just "building".
