найти аналог ему на английском - бесполезно. Есть в
эпидемиологии слово "nidality" (очаговость), однако оно не
сочетается, ни с "микро", ни с "принципом" (нулевые
частотности и на "micronidality", и на "nidality principle/approach
и т.д."). Есть сочетание "micronidus", но оно употребляется
крайне редко и скорее в анатомическом, чем
эпидемиологическом смысле.
Есть повод гордиться отечественной наукой. Что же касается
перевода, то, по-видимому, нужно обойтись описательной
версией, например, как у rikka.
