Un emprunteur peut proposer à son organisme bancaire de lui donner mandat pour lui permettre de prendre hypothèque si cela se justifie dans le futur, ce qui lui évite les frais d'acte notarié de crédit (2 à 3 % de la valeur du bien pour les crédits dont le montant se situe dans la moyenne nationale).
