Portuguese term

menos denso

Portuguese to English Law/Patents Law (general)
I get the idea but cannot think of an adequate term

less fundamental

Or could be "less profound", but I think fundamental is better.

less tangible

the rights in question are personal rather than real and cannot therefore be protected by registration, or possession.
Peer comment(s):

disagree telefpro : tangible is not applicable

Less unwieldy/flexible.

The whole point here is comparing and contrasting- in this case -the obligatory inflexible laws relating to Angilan property ownershiop and Usufruct, compared to the more flexible laws/rights to which people have title under other areas of (presumably still Angolan) law.

not as deep/less compact/concentrated rights

In this case, obviously, the use of the expression is figurative, to refer to the right of obligational law. Personaly, I think the expression "less compact rights" or "less concentrated rights" suits adequately in the figurative meaning of someone who has rights but that are not as deep as someone who has real rights over possesions - property, for example - as passes the approprieted idea os superiority of real rights over obligation(al) rights.

For exemple, in Portugueseyou can say a book is "denso" to refer a book with a deep or compact message.
