English to Portuguese Tech/Engineering Law (general)

to sign on our behalf terms of responsibility according to the requirements of sole paragraph of article no.71 of the customs Regulations, approved by Decree Law no. 87450 of March 5, 1988 and for the acts of Degree no. 646/92, article 1st , II to IV, act on our behalf to sign documents at Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Justice, Federal police Department, Consulates or their Diplomatic Representatives, Directorate Of Ports and Coasts, Port Captaincy for the purpose of obtaining visas for the crew of “m/t LITTLE MERMAID” and to perform any or all other necessary acts, have the right and obligation to receive on our behalf notifications, record regarding fines, write of summons and any other communication from any Brazilian government.
