After a shopper submits an order from your Web store using Google Checkout, N creates a sales order.
Go to Setup > Web Site > Google Checkout Accounts, to select a sales order transaction form, and the default status for orders that come in from Google Checkout.

The sales order is ready for processing when the Google Order Financial State field displays Chargeable.
