Italian term

indennità di buonuscita

Italian to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Intangible assets
There is a term already defined for this as "severance bonus" in the glossary, but in this setting, it appears to mean something completely different.

In the financial statement of an Italian company, this is listed as an intangible asset:

It is then specifically defined as:

Is it some sort of buy-out clause? I'm half sure about the concept, and fully unsure of how to render it in English. As always, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Grazie e buon lavoro a tutti!

Note from asker:
Dario, I am afraid that this does not fit the context. This is not a labor relationship, but a property rental contract. Can you provide other suggestions? Ciao e grazie!

compensation upon termination

payment for surrender of lease

That's what Zanichelli gives and might be vaguer than key money or premium (which De Franchis gives).

Just looking again at your question though, not sure how they can list their costs under their intangible assets!

Redundancy pay

"What is redundancy pay?

A redundancy payment is compensation because your job has disappeared. You may have the right to redundancy pay from your employer. There are two sorts of redundancy pay:"

Example sentence:

* statutory redundancy pay, which is set down by law

* contractual statutory pay, which you may get if there is a redundancy scheme in place where you work. The details will be set out in your contract of employment.
