I would be grateful for some help with this word in a text involving product returns for faulty breast implant devices.

agree  Leslie Marcus: I almost agreed with Verginia, but it seemed to make the sentence too wordy and I think that is what Liz is probably trying to avoid. "regarding procedure" fits into the sentence structure nicely without making it too long.
