عربي إلى أنجليزي الأعمال/المال العلوم المالية عموماً Housing loans

The context is:

 مهن حرة (طبيب، مهندس....): من يتقدم بيان تكليف ضريبي يثبت أنها تسدد لمدة 3 سنوات شرط ألا يقل 50% منه عن القسط المطلوب.

I have thus far translated this as:


 Independent professions (doctor, engineer etc.): submit documentation proving tax payments for 3 years is not less that 50% of the loan repayment.
