They want their feed lines routed and attached in such a way that they won't be pulled tight or pinched between parts, or flexed in such a way that they will wear unreasonably quickly, or come adrift and cause the production line to stop while new plastic ties (or whatever) are attached, etc., all of which is a factor in durabilité. As well as having feed lines made of materials that will withstand all the above without immediately throwing in the towel.

it's "solution" as in a liquid, but rather as in "the answer to a problem". Maybe the have a problem with attaching/giving free rein to the accastillage ("gubbins"!) and preventing it snagging or getting pinched, and they have come up with a solution thereto.

Fittings may be ok for bits under the car but how about the 'solution d' accastillage'? This sounds more like a cleaning fluid to run through the hoses after work has finished.
