I'm not really sure of the best translation for 'dimensiones' in this context. Suggestions welcome as always :)
Los directivos necesitan negociar a lo largo de toda su carrera. Negocian su incorporación a una determinada organización, así como su posible salida llegado el momento. Pues bien, durante toda esta trayectoria laboral tendrán que solventar conflictos en dos **dimensiones** distintas, la de las relaciones internas y la de las relaciones externas.
Los directivos necesitan negociar a lo largo de toda su carrera. Negocian su incorporación a una determinada organización, así como su posible salida llegado el momento. Pues bien, durante toda esta trayectoria laboral tendrán que solventar conflictos en dos **dimensiones** distintas, la de las relaciones internas y la de las relaciones externas.
