Apparently, according to my Italian printer friend, the English word'imposition' is used rather than the Italian equivalent:impostazione.
'Spread' here refers to the parameters/space occupied by the material to be printed - and is not used in Italian.You could use "i parametri del'imposition" although my friend tells me this is really superflous in Italian as 'imposition' to an Italian printer says it all.
