In this case however, the aprēķins needs to be issued 30 days before being billed, so should be a calculation of the new rent and new outgoings payable as a result of an increase in the PVN - sent to the tenant so that the tenant has 30 days in which to check the claculations of the new amounts and either agree with them or raise issues if the tenant considers the calculations to be not correct.
