In all Mitsubishi models the steering wheel can be adjusted up and down. It should be adjusted to a level where your wrists are directly over the top of the steering wheel when both arms are stretched out. Your arms should be bent when you are holding the steering wheel at the ten-to-two or quarter-to-three position. Make sure your thumbs are pointed straight up and not tucked inside the steering wheel. This will prevent dislocation of your thumbs in the event of a rear-end collision.

Положение левой и правой руки на рулевом колесе, если представить его в виде циферблата. Соответственно, ten-to-two: в пололжении "десять часов" и "два часа".
