Italian term or phrase: Ottima esposizione
This is an advert for a house for sale, so it's "estate agent" english... When they say "esposizione a sud" (south facing) is easy enough, but when they just say "ottima esposizione" can you use the term "exposure"? It makes me think more of photography...
Thanks for your help!

well positioned/well sited

Explanation:
well positioned/sited (could add "for optimal solar performance" if it is about energy and not aesthetics...). If is definitely a case of describing the buildings relationship to the sun, you could also just add solar and translate literally... "optimal/excellent solar exposure"
