This heading contained in Financial statements from Colombia... I've seen it translated literally "Revelation Notes", but I've only seen it like that in translations. Should I just put "Notes"?

This is a standard boilerplate term in US English, as can be seen in the various publications issued by the AICPA. The term most used in the Spanish of Mexico in this case is "Notas a los Estados Financieros (Consolidados)".
