What to do when the lawyer uses a term that cannot be found in any dictionary or on the internet. If this is a typo, I am in ignorance of what it should say. All help gratefully received.

A QUE SE REFIERE NON MUTATIS LIBELO
Que una demanda no puede ser alterada, existen corrientes que indican que cuando se presenta una demanda, mientras no haya sido notificada al demandado, puede modificarse, ampliándose o aclarándose, pero cuando ésta es notificada al demandado, ya no puede ser modificada, de ahí el término.

Que siempre entregó a la actora el dinero para el pago de los servicios públicos con que cuenta el inmueble antes referido, ya que era su obligación como jefe de familia, razón por la que la actora se encargaba de guardar todos y cada uno de los recibos correspondientes. Que para consumarse la prescripción debe de transcurrir cierto tiempo y cumplirse las circunstancias que establece la Ley; oponiendo para tal efecto la excepción de falta de derecho y acción, la presentación de una demanda en el Juzgado Octavo de lo Civil, la de obscuridad de la demanda y la non mutatis libelo.

I don't think it is, but since the legal systems are different, it may not have an equivalent in English. It's Latin, so why not leave it as is? (I don't do legal docs. just socio-legal stuff, so that's just my opinion!)
