I still can't work this one out and time is getting short. Maybe it is staring me in the face and I just can't see it. Is "quelli" the pension funds of any other entity related to the pension funds for group employees? Which just doesn't make sense or is it just simply related parties of the group pension fund?
The broader context is the definition of related parties in a financial report.

I find it still kind of foggy worded the way you wrote it but you got the meaning. I would write "employees of the Group" just to avoid any double entendre.
