From Ecuadorean regulations governing Petroecuador:
"...tiene por objetivo el desarrollo de las actividades [...] orientado a la oprima utilización de los Hidrocarburos..."
At first, I thought that "oprima" was a mistake/typo. But now I'm not sure. For me, "oprima" means "press", as in "oprimir", but that obviously doesn't make sense in this context.
