English term or phrase: not very mechanical
If you have a product which is on a price per unit more expensive than some of your competitors, and you know that the customer you are going to visit is sensitive to price, then a story you might be able to tell is about how you (somebody you know) bought a camera and “thought that nowadays the quality of any camera is good, they are all the same, aren’t they?”
And what can go wrong with a camera? There’s nothing mechanical in it anymore (if your product is not very mechanical of course).
And then continue how you got problems, the service wasn’t there, the cost went up, accessories were unexpectedly expensive and in the end your cheap camera turned out to be more costly then if you had taken the better one in the first place!

Thank you for your help in advance!

没有多少机械部件
Explanation:
I guess it means today's cameras are mostly digital cameras (数码相机), rather than old fashioned mechanical cameras (机械相机), so the author guess the cameras may not be that easy to go wrong if they have no or little mechanical components.

So my suggestions:
There's nothing mechanical in it anymore:(相机)里面已经没有机械部件了
not very mechanical: 没有多少机械部件

不十分機械化

Explanation:
依前後文義,
And what can go wrong with a camera? There’s nothing mechanical in it anymore (if your product is not very mechanical of course).
可譯為:
這樣您舉例一部照相機還能出什麼錯呢?現在的照相機,一點兒都不機械化了(當然,如果您的產品也不十分機械化的話)。
