Personalmente propenderei per un'alternativa del tipo

L'immobile, ubicato in..., è ora disponibile per l'acquisto.

E' chiaro che un'indicazione della tipologia della proprietà precede la frase in oggetto, per cui l'aggettivo dimostrativo è superfluo.
