The second verse of the Spanish song "A la nanita" goes:
"Manojito de rosas y de alelíes
¿qué es lo que estás soñando que te sonríes?
Cuáles son tus sueños, dilo alma mía, mas
¿qué es lo que murmuras? Eucaristía."
I would like to know the meaning of "dilo alma mía, mas".
I found the following translation, but have serious doubts:
"What are your dreams which comfort my soul,"
Background:
Our choir would like to sing the song, and we prefer to know what we are singing :-)

The translation you have is not literal at all, they took a lot of poetic liberty. I think they saw the word "alma", and they translated it directly into "which comfort my soul". "Alma" here is a term of endearment, it literally means "my soul" meaning this person is very dear. I cannot think of anything I would use better than "my love" to convey this deep love. I think that "mas" goes with the next verse, and here it means "but". So:
What are your dreams, tell me, my love
but what is that you whisper? Eucharist.
Cuáles son tus sueños, dilo alma mía, mas
¿qué es lo que murmuras? Eucaristía."

The translation you found is not correct. "Alma mía", like others have pointed out, is "my love/dearest, etc" (I prefer those two in this case because they sound less modern).

Here's my interpretation of entire poem:
" My bundle of roses and fresh cut flowers
by your smile I wonder (of) what you are dreaming...
Tell me sweetheart (of) what are you dreaming...
For Gods sake, what are you whispering?..."
I Hope this helps with the idea.
