Re. diario = Journal/day book? In response to Mike and Alejandro, this would seem to refer to the register rather than the accounts of the company. The document is a certificate from the registrar, and there is a reference made earlier in the text to changes to the text of the registration that might render it invalid. I think that in this case "diario" means the daily record of entries. I think that when a change is made to the register, or a new entry is recorded, it has to go into the Journal first, which is a day-to-day record of all entries, annotations, etc.
