General Prosecutor
Explanation:
Улсын Ерөнхий Прокурор = General Prosecutor
In official translations, "General Prosecutor" is used. I had an opportunity to work closely with the GPO while I was a full-time translator for the Judicial Reform Program Mongolia.

In your case, the combination of the words seems to me a very strange, because the GPO doesn't have investigators. There is the Special Investigative Unit under General Prosecutor, but the investigators are not immediate subordinates to GP. The Unit is an independent body dealing with crimes committed by employees of the justice system.

Unfortunately, it is a very common practice among Mongolian applicants to produce fake documents noticeable by naked eyes.

Thank you. Very good as always! I did, however, change to Prosecutor General, as I feel that is better style.

Asker: Thank you, Unurmaa. I had to award Mr. Tsogt since 1) the question was УЕП and not УЕПГ which would have been the office, and 2) even if the Mongolian Government translates it using "State GPO", the most common term is just General Prosecutor (or rather Prosecutor General).

Notes to answerer
Asker: Yes there is something fishy with this document... In the top the investigator is called "УМБГ-ын мөрдөн байцаагч". Then at the bottom it says "УЕП-ын мөрдөн байцаагч". There are no stamps on the document either. Could be a fake, I guess.
