ごく普通です。 In Japan there are big fences near train tracks and you could get in big trouble by if you played around on them. not so in the US, where I assume the artisit is from. I used to play around on the trains tracks all the time as a kid.
Additional notes: I think "legals" is slang for an area where it is legal to graffiti. (public murals, etc)
Lastly, I don't think that dub here refers to a public toilet as suggested. I have never heard the word dub to refer to toilet in American English. |
