neutral  Sylvain Leray: le terme d'escalade me semble inapproprié ici. Il me semble qu'on avait déjà eu une question sur "Eskalation", et il s'agissait en tout cas de la remontée progressive des informations ou des procédures vers les différents niveaux hiérarchiques.
