Ciao le Jacked potato sono un piatto tipico inglese/americano in cui una patata piuttosto grande viene aperta e cotta in forno. A fine cottura viene riempita con ingredienti vari anche se l'originale è con il formaggio, ma trova la variante chilly con carne, funghi etc etc.

Secondo me, dato che si tratta di un piatto tipicamente legato alla cultura anglosassone si potrebbe lasciare il termine inglese, magari seguito da una brevissima spiegazione.
