Надо понимать в данном случае и во всех других случаях следующее:
если у компании возникают проблемы (как-то снижение прибыли, утрата деловых возможностей, и проч. и проч. по причинам, не оговоренным в Договоре, но связанным с данным конкретным человеком или юридическим лицом, то компания может с ним расторгнуть договор, но просто так, без всяких оснований она это конечно сделать не имеет права). НО такое право расторгнуть договор без ОГОВОРЕННЫХ В НЕМ ОСНОВАНИЙ она может иметь, и в частности по законодательству США (work-at-will laws)
