Доброго времени суток.
Для получения права на наземное вещание необходимо пройти конкурс. Претендент должен представить, в числе прочего, информацию творческого характера, а именно:
· тематическая направленность предполагаемых теле- и радиопередач и их жанровое соотношение;
· языковое соотношение вещания, планируемое время трансляции передач на государственном языке;
· соотношение собственных программ и ретрансляции;
· наименование планируемой ретрансляции программы и гарантии заключения договора ретрансляции;
· гарантии соблюдения законодательства об авторских и смежных правах;
· кадровый потенциал (творческий, технический состав).
