plafonds fabuleusement hauts Explanation: ... suggestion Comme je ne peux juger la hauteur en question, faute d'image, je suggère le qualificatif "fabuleux", si les plafonds sont effectivement très hauts et si c'est une description pour une publicité, qui doit donc être convaincante. |

plafond cathédrale Explanation: Need to be careful here, as to the exact meaning! If this is just estat-agents' hype, and it simply means 'nice high ceilings', then my solution is not suitable. If, however, it does literally imply 'ceilings that go right up to the roof' (often with exposed beams), then this is the usual technical estate agents' jargon — and the idea of 'cathédrale' certainly conveys the 'soaring' aspect well. |
