'To pair the card' inseamn a adapta cardul (de abonament la satelit) la un anumit receiver.

Ex. Cardul Digi este imperecheat cu receptorul prin soft, acesta trebuie sa aiba aceeasi parametri (bk si rsa) atat in receptor cat si in card. Daca acesti parametri nu corespund cardul nu functioneaza!

Notably, the card can still be used to view non-premium channels such as Sky One but will display an error message when attempting to watch a movie channel or sports channel with an unpaired box and card combination. A card can be 're-paired' in some instances such as STB replacement or multiroom relocation, however this must be initiated by Sky and cannot be completed by an installer or end-user.

: Oricat de ciudata ar parea, 'imperechere' a fost singura varianta cu suficiente ocurente pe net pentru a fi luata in considerare (din cele cateva pe care le-am cautat, printre care si a dv.). Importanta e folosirea unei expresii recognoscibile, neambigue.
