I knew plastico=acrylic (oil base as opposed to water-based latex) from before, the hard part is "gota". I found pictures of gota pintura. Follow the link, and go down to "PINTURA - ALUMINIO - ELECTRICIDAD - ETC." and watch the short slide show, don't worry, it's the fourth or fifth one.
