Organize your thinking concretely
The use of "ka" will vary when translating into English.
In this case you might elect--
Organize your thinking (ideas) in concrete terms.
Organize and make your thinking concrete.
you get the idea concretely from these examples, I am sure.

Organize and give your thinking substance (real form etc.)
In a short phrase such as this it is always difficult to guess the context

to give concrete expression to sthg/to express something
At first I thought about "to make something a reality", but since the context is "psychology", the author might rather be talking about someone (a patient for ex.) gathering his/her thoughts and giving concrete expression to it?
so I would go for > "gathering one thoughts and giving concrete expression to it".
or even just > "gathering ones thoughts and expressing it"
My English is not perfect, hope you got the idea!

Just another suggested translation. For the reference given, look at definition #2. HTH.

organize your plans (ideas) and materialize them
I think 具体化 here means 計画書などの形にする
