"**Appointment**:
According to clause xx of Exclusive Agency Agreement, car model prices and specifications should be agreed by both parties and stipulated in this Enclosure.
Party A holds the right to make changes on the specifications so as to improve the performance of the products. And for the following FOB price, both parties agree to keep the price at least 1 year."
En otro anexo, dice:
"**Appointment**:
According to Clause xx of Exclusive Agency Agreement, the following Network Development Plan is considered by Party B as the minimum target:
[sigue una tabla con las siguientes columnas:
No.
City/area
Reday time (Y / M / D) [supongo que debería decir "ready time"]
Display area (m2)
Total area
Remark"
Un último ejemplo. En otro anexo, dice:
"**Appointment**:
General principles
According to Quality Inspection Claim & Warranty Production confirmed by the two parties, each one must undertake their own duty under its items. We promise to provide a consistent and good service during warranty period, so as to provide consumers with "comfortable" and "intimate" after-sales service and make positive contribution for xxx brand [xxx es el nombre de la marca]..."
