Por lo que tengo entendido, 1-RM es el peso máximo que puede levantar el atleta, en el sentido de hacerlo correctamente, con el rango de movimiento bien hecho. Por eso dice que son 3 resistencias: 1. repeticiones con el peso máximo. 2. al 40% del peso máximo y 3. con 20.45 kg.
O sea, que con una calculadora y partiendo del la tercera resistencia puedes averiguar el RM o peso máximo.
