Explanation:
The emphasis I feel is on the treatment being applied by an expert in a dedicated place of work, rather than a home job. Cabina is the name used in Spain for the separate partitioned rooms in Beautician's, not for the entire premises. (Yes, I once had my eyelashes dyed - didn't work though!!)

I see what you mean about clumsiness, but I think the product manufacturer may wish to draw attention to the specialist nature of the product... Adds more mystique??
