Italian term or phrase: percorso sinuoso
Una villa con un percorso sinuoso che ci accompagna ai vari livelli da cui si snodano i vari ambienti in una sequenza originale e raffinata.

It's talking about a converted windmill. The walls are all curvy. The stairs go up the sides of these curved walls: this is what they mean by the 'percorso sinuoso'. Can't think of how to render it nicely in English. Any help would be appreciated.

Asker: Thanks for the help. I have problem with the word 'winding'. For me 'winding' implies more than one bend but here the staircase goes up the wall on a curve that accounts for about one eighth of a circle.
