Já bych nebyl zbytečně tvořivý a zůstal bych u standardních názvů stran v anglických smlouvách. To, co poskytuje provider and co kupuje klient, v té smlouvě bude nepochybně pečlivě vysvětleno.

Depositor bych si tipl bude člověk, kterýn ukládá někam deposit čili peníze. Na warehousemana jsem snad nikdy nenarazil.

Já bych nebyl zbytečně tvořivý a zůstal bych u standardních názvů stran v anglických smlouvách. To, co poskytuje provider and co kupuje klient, v té smlouvě bude nepochybně pečlivě vysvětleno.

Explanation:
Ten "warehouseman" me docela prekvapil, ale na webu je spousta prikladu (obe slova zaroven google nachazi na 13,400 strankach). Nejprve jsem myslel, ze by to mohlo byt "consignor/consignee" protoze existuji "consignment warehouses" ale pak jsem se dostal k "public/contract warehouses" (jakozto sluzba tem, kteri nemaji vlastni sklady) a od nich uz to byl jen kousek k vyse uvedenym terminum.
